Pimenton (Paprika) 100g

It is known as the 'red gold'. Once our 'Artesano' pimenton is collected it is taken to be dried and smoked. This is done using real log fires (15kg of wood are needed to produce 1kg of paprika), then using a stone mill it is ground to obtain the fine pimento that we all know. Available in sweet flavour.
