ORO DE BAILEN has been voted at the 2011 Los Angeles International Olive oil competetion as the best extra virgin olive oil in the world (in its category) out of a totalof 589 olive oils from all over the Gold. In addition to this as an in previous years it has also won the Gold Medal. In 2010 it was voted the best Extra virgin olive oil in Spain by The Ministerio de Ambiente Rural y Marino in Spain for the the 2008-2009 harvest. Gold medal winner with 2 stars at the 2010 Great Taste Awards. This outstanding extra virgin olive oil is made in the province of Jaen by the Galvez family from picual olives collected in early November. It has an exquisite aroma and a fruity grassy flavour. IT IS A MUST FOR OLIVE OIL LOVERS!!
